Winter Noctis Commissions

Complex designs will be simplified for the sake of readability.

Rush fees can be discussed if needed.

Commercial rights are included.

PAYMENT - Payment must be sent through PayPal in EURO (€).

TAT - Please understand that I am not working full-time on commissions. Therefore, depending on the commission type, the delivery time can vary.

Please consult with me beforehand if you need of a faster delivery.

REFUNDS - Commissions are fully refundable only if I haven't started working on your art yet. A partial refund can be discussed if you do not want me to finish your commission. Do NOT charge me back on PayPal if you're in need of a refund, or you will be blacklisted from future commissions. Please message me instead to discuss it.

REVISIONS - The client can request unlimited revisions during the sketching phase. After that, the client can request two free revisions during the remaining phases. After that, each revision will cost 5€ or upwards, depending on what changes will be requested.

ARTWORK RIGHTS - I retain all of the rights to the artworks I produce (NOT the characters depicted). I am free to post your commission on my social media and portfolio.

COMMERCIAL RIGHT - Commercial right are 300% the final price of a commission. You are not allowed to use your commission for commercial purposes without paying me a commercial fee, or without my explicit permission. Commercial rights include, but are not limited to: streaming, merchandising, movies, books, comics, etc.

STREAMING - I retain the right to stream your commission process on Twitch. Let me know in advance if you wish for the commission to stay private, either always or temporarily.

NFT - You are prohibited to use my work as an NFT and promote NFTs, under any circumstances.

I am entitled to refuse a commission if it makes me feel uncomfortable for any reason.
